Catching Up

Our Family had a great Holiday Break. I was busy sewing up to last minute. We took our kids here.

 We wouldn't have been able to do it on our Grad Student income. We were blessed by my parents to be able to go. It was our first family reunion on my side. It was a lot of fun and very exhausting.

I made the gifts for my family. For the kids I made their own bags with their names on them. I used Dana's tutorial over at Made.

I used the same tutorial and made a bag for each family and filled them with goodies. I used my brother's logo design for our reunion and then embroidered our last name initial.

I was still working on them while on our trip. Oh well. Thanks Mom and Dad! We had a great time!
